    Try the normal job boards – Monster, CareeBuilder, Yahoo Jobs. If you have the skills they are looking-for, many companies pay relocation costs. But you really have to have some sought-after skills. You have to decide, maybe, if you are willling to give up what you have to move to where you would LIKE to live, or to a job which you think offers a better career future.

    Though it sounds like a great idea to get a job elsewhere THEN move ..it generally doesn’t work that way.

    Open a “moving account” and save your money to equal enough to do the following:
    Here’s what the experts recommend.

    The move
    1st, last, and security on new home
    Have enough money put aside to manage a minimum of 3months spending but 6months is better.

    Once you are moved then look for that job
    Be prepared with an updated resume, references and job skills. Pound the pavement everyday. Dress for success!
    Bring a pen too.
