There are most certainly positions available for non-degreed individuals. Best thing to do is keep an eye on job postings for the companies you are interested in. Good luck! I was an officer of a large international retail company. Most assuredly, not all of my staff were degreed

What I would do first is find out who makes the hiring decisions. Use the internet and the phone. Whoever it is, contact them directly, by phone or email or in person, and simply and politely tell them your situation, and ask what they’d do if they were in your position. If they give useful advice, take it. If they offer you a job, take it. If not, try somewhere else. Eventually, you’ll find someone who’ll be sympathetic or impressed, and hire you. In the meantime, you’re making contacts and learning about what you’d need to do or know to get the kind of job you’re looking for.

Retail in the USA is the fastest growing business sector. The head office opens up to people that have paid their dues in the stores. I have 10 years of Fortune 50 retail experience and the 1st 2 years were spent working the floor in the store. My store manager knew what my strengths were and got me an interview for the management job at our head office. Nailed the interviews, got the gig and without having finished college, landed a gig that had me running a multi million dollar business within a company that rewards hard work.
My advice, start on the floor, talk to your boss about how to make things happen, take on the stretch assignments and you will do well.
